The Reserve Bank of India (Burma Issue) 100 rupees, ND 1947, serial number B52 518615, (Pick 33, TBB B604a, Razack-Jjhunjhunwalla 5.16.1), Very Good condition, violet handstamp overprint BURMA NOTE PAYMENT REFUSED, it was a usual practice to erase Burma overprint and try to spend the banknote in India. This note was identified as Burmese, with overprinted and withheld from circulation, interesting.
