SELEUKID EMPIRE. Demetrios II Nikator. First reign, 146-138 BC. Æ (24.5mm, 10.71 g, 1h). Uncertain mint 97, probably in Phoenicia or Coele-Syria. Dated SE 169 (144/3 BC). Head of Apollo right, wearing tainia / Artemis standing left, holding long torch and bow; ΘΞP (date) and [monogram?] in exergue. SC 1972.2b(?); HGC 9, 995. Dark green-brown surfaces, small flan flaw on obverse. VF. Very rare.
