LUCANIA, Thourioi. Circa 300-280 BC. AR Triobol (11.5mm, 1.07 g, 8h). Head of Athena right, wearing helmet decorated with wing; cross-headed torch below chin / Bull butting right, head reverted; above, Nike flying right, crowning bull. HN Italy 1882; SNG ANS 1163. Toned, patches of find patina and deposits, cleaning marks, slightly off center on reverse. VF. Very rare.
