Laureate head of Macrinus right vis-à-vis bare head of Diadumenian left / Nemesis standing facing, head left, holding scales and cornucopia; wheel to left, E (mark of value) to right. H&J, Marcianopolis 6.24.35.10; AMNG I 762; Varbanov 1209. Dark brown patina with touches of light green in the devices. Good VF.
