LACONIA, Gythium. Geta. As Caesar, AD 198-209. Æ Assarion (22mm, 4.99 g, 3h). Struck circa AD 202-205. Bareheaded, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Tyche standing left, holding patera over altar and cornucopia. BCD Peloponnesos –; BCD Peloponnesos II –; BMC –; NCP –. Dark brown surfaces with touches of green and red, minor roughness. VF. Possibly an unpublished type for Geta. Extremely rare.
