Laureate and draped bust right / [AD]VENTVI AVG BITHYNIAE, Hadrian, togate, standing right, raising right hand and holding volumen; to right, Bithynia standing left, wearing a crown of towers, holding rudder upright and sacrificing out of patera over lighted and garlanded altar between them; sacrificial bull between altar and Bithynia.
