Watch List notes:

POWDER FLASK, 19th century, in darkened brass with brass pouring spout with 'drams' measurer and external spring operated cut off, marked for maker 'G & J.W.Hawksley' (approx size 8.5x20cm). Spring cut off band broken, some surface scratches and what appears to be a repair mark, otherwise very fine.
