Macrinus, with Diadumenian, as Caesar, Æ 26mm of Aegeae, Cilicia. Dated CY 264 = AD 217/8. [A]YT K M ΟΠ CЄYH MAKP[...], radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Macrinus to right, facing bare-headed and draped bust of Diadumenian to left / [...]NOVΠ AIΓAIΩN[...], serpent-entwined staff surmounted by eagle to left; Δ - ΞC (date) across fields. Apparently unpublished, for rev. type cf. RPC VI 7202 = SNG Levante 1765 (S. Alexander); for a coin of Macrinus and Diadumenian from Aegeae of this year, cf. SNG BnF 2347. 9.90g, 26mm, 7h.

Very Fine. Seemingly unpublished, perhaps unique.
