The George IV medal is paired with a seated figure of Victory on the reverse, with inscription WATERLOO June 18 1815 and WELLINGTON, the other medals share a common reverse, that of a statue of a heraldic lion, with right front paw upon a sphere, in front of a silhouette of the Lion's Mound at the Waterloo Battlefield in Belgium these also Prooflike UNC in the folder of issue
