Pearl-diademed, helmeted, draped, and cuirassed bust right, holding spear and shield / Theodosius standing facing on galley left, raising right hand and holding cloak over left arm; at stern, Victory holding rudder; τ in left field; SMHA. RIC IX 21b; LRBC 1971. Brown patina, some roughness, flan crack. Good VF.
