Draped male bust, wearing jeweled diadem, facing slightly left; name and title of Najm al-Din Alpi around / Facing Sasanian style bust; Alpi's pedigree and date around. Whelan Type III; S&S Type 29.2; Album 1827.4. Two-tone brown patina, areas of minor roughness, a few light cleaning scratches, attempted piercing. VF.
