Szechuan-Shensi Soviet. Communist Dollar 1934 AU Details (Reverse Cleaned) NGC, Szechuan-Silver Provincial mint, KM-Y513.2, L&M-891, Kann-808f var. (with stars of Kann-808g-i), WS-Unl. Variety with small, solid stars. Fully appreciable quality for this early communist dollar type that often comes problem-prone, the obverse surfaces presenting a crescent of rainbow iridescence towards the rims, while the reverse contains a peculiar hatching of die striations. Omitting much of the usual weakness that plagues this series, and quite presentable on the whole.
