Miliaresion (Silver, 27 mm, 2.72 g, 5 h), Constantinopolis. +ΔЄCΠΟI NACωΖΟΙC The Virgin orans, nimbate, standing facing on footstool, wearing pallium and maphorium; in fields to left and right, monogram of MHP and ΘV. Rev. ЄVCЄBH MONOMAXON Constantine IX standing facing, wearing crown, scale armor, and cloak, holding long cross in his right hand and resting his left on grounded sword in sheath. DOC 7a. SB 1834. Rare. Holed and the flan bent and straigthened, otherwise, very fine.
