Johannes, 11th century. Seal (Lead, 25 mm, 8.81 g, 12 h). Θ / Δ/H/M,-T/PI/OC Nimbate facing bust of Saint Demetrios, holding spear over his right shoulder and resting shield on his left arm. Rev. +KЄ RO/HΘЄI TⲰ / CⲰ ΔOVΛ, / IⲰANN, in four lines, decoration below. Unpublished in the standard references. Cracked along the channel, otherwise, very fine.
