CILICIA. Tarsos. Tarkumuwa (Datames), satrap of Cilicia and Cappadocia, 384-361/0 BC. Stater (Silver, 24 mm, 10.32 g, 11 h). 𐡁𐡏𐡋𐡕𐡓𐡆 ('b'ltrs' in Aramaic) Baaltars seated right on backless throne, his body turned to front, holding bunch of grapes and grain ear in his left hand and eagle-tipped scepter in his right; to right, thymiaterion; all within crenellated border. Rev. Ana, nude, facing Datames, both with right arms raised; thymiaterion between them; to inner left, 𐡕𐡓𐡊𐡌𐡅 ('trkmw' in Aramaic); all within square dotted border within linear border.
