KINGS OF ARMENIA MINOR. Mithradates, circa 180s-170s BC. Chalkous (Bronze, 11 mm, 0.81 g, 9 h). Draped bust of Mithradates to left, bearded and wearing upright bashlyk tied with a diadem. Rev. Eagle flying to right, holding uncertain animal (another bird?) in its talons. Kovacs -. Leu 7 (2020), 1342 (same dies). Unpublished and the third known example. Very fine.
