KINGS OF MACEDON. Time of Philip V and Perseus, 187-168 BC. Tetrobol (Silver, 15 mm, 2.71 g, 3 h), Pella or Amphipolis mint; struck under the magistrate, Zoilos, circa 184-179. Club and MA/KE in two lines on Macedonian shield. Rev. Macedonian helmet left; two monograms to left, monogram and thunderbolt to right. HGC 3, 324. Cf. Liampi, Schild M39b (upper left monogram). Deeply toned and nicely centered; particularly lovely style. Good very fine.
