KINGS OF SOPHENE. Mithradates I, 2nd half of 2nd century BC. Chalkous (Bronze, 14.5 mm, 1.64 g), Arkathiokerta. Head of Mithradates I to left, wearing bashlyk. Rev. Debased circular legend, meant to read BACIΛΕωC ΜΙΘΡΑΔΑΤΟ. Cf. ACV 192. CAA -. Cf. Kovacs 27. Obolos 13, 439 (same obverse die?). Cleaned brown surfaces. Nearly fine.
