Diademed and draped bust of Tigranes I to right, wearing five-pointed tiara decorated with an uncertain decoration. Rev. BAΣIΛEΩΣ MEΓAΛOY TIΓPANOY Cornucopia filled with fruits and tied with fillet. Kovacs 52. Dark green patina. Very rare and unpublished prior to Kovacs. Flan flaw on reverse, otherwise, fine.
