LYDIA. Germe. Pseudo-autonomous issue, 3rd century. (Bronze, 15 mm, 1.75 g, 12 h). Head of Apollo to right; before, lyre. Rev. [Γ]Ε-ΡΜ-Η-ΝΩ[Ν] Apollo standing facing, head left, holding patera in right hand, lyre in left. Ehling 401 (uncertain dies, but probably V46/R67). Extremely rare - just two examples noted by Ehling. Brown patina. Very fine.
Unfortunately, Ehling does not illustrate either of the two examples of this type that she notes, thus we are unable to confirm if the dies are the same. The legend break on the reverse, however, is identical.
