SICILY, Panormos (as Ziz). Circa 340-320 BC. AR Tetradrachm (25mm, 17.26 g, 5h). Charioteer, holding kentron in extended right hand, reins in left, driving fast quadriga left; above, Nike, wearing long chiton, flying right, crowning charioteer with wreath she holds with both hands; in exergue, Punic SYS, dolphin left before / Head of Arethousa left, wearing wreath of grain ears, triple-pendant earring, and pearl necklace; three dolphins swimming around. Jenkins 52 (O14/R41); HGC 2, 1019. Once cleaned, now retoning. VF.
