[ANTIN]OOV HPωO[C], draped bust left, wearing hem-hem crown / Antinoüs (as Hermes), holding caduceus, on horseback right; L below horse's belly, KA (date) to right. Cf. Köln 1281; Dattari (Savio) 2089 var. (placement of L on reverse); Blum 20; K&G 34a.5; RPC III 6228; Emmett 1346.21 (R3). Dark brown patina, edge split, obverse slightly double struck. VF. High-relief portrait, which is typical of the left-facing dies.
