GDH and 'pzwt' in Pahlavi to left, 'whlmzd in Pahlavi to right, bust right, wearing mural crown with frontal crescent, two wings, and star-in-crescent, ribbons and crescents on shoulders; stars flanking crown / Fire altar with ribbons; flanked by two attendants; star and crescent flanking flames; tlyn in Pahlavi (date) to left, bVE wsb in Pahlavi (mint) to right.
