S-3778; KM-647. The single finest certified of the type for the "CAMEO" designation on the PCGS population report, only one finer (PR 65). A highly attractive, bright and flashy example of the type displaying brilliant semi-mirrored fields with crisp frosted devices accentuated by speckled pale orange tone in the fields. A lovely specimen with good eye appeal worthy of serious consideration from many collectors.
