KM-314; Onza-1779 ("rara"). A magnificent coin, boasting surfaces that show very few marks and fields that possess fresh reflectivity that borders on fully prooflike. The strike, always incomplete on this type, is above average on the bust of Iturbide, while the eagle on the reverse also exceeds most, although notable softness is present. VERY RARE in this quality, with only four certified examples of the type reaching the unquestionably elite Mint State tier.
