CANADA. 10 Cents, 1929. Ottawa Mint. PCGS SPECIMEN-67 Gold Shield.
KM-23a. Tied for second finest certified of the date with two other examples on the PCGS population report, only three finer (all are SP 68), also one of the online PCGS census plate coins. A highly attractive superlative example of the type that was very clearly handled with care exhibiting needle sharp definition of the fine details, pronounced rims, abundant satiny luster and beautiful mottled rich patina. A very pleasing and distinct survivor with very few pieces known in this high state of preservation destined for a fine cabinet of Canadian numismatic treasure worthy of a premium bid.
