Issued by decree of 20 December 1834, suppressed 31 March 1837, by decree of 1 February 1836. A SCARCE and popular host type from this heavily collected area of Philippines numismatics exhibiting even wear with deeply applied countermark. Lovely rich old cabinet tone with areas of iridescent sheen that pops out when tilted in the light offering a pleasing appearance with much originality certain to be a welcome addition to the next collection it enters.
