cf. KM-605. The production five pesos has a stainless steel ring around an aluminum bronze core. This example has the alloys reversed; in addition, the collar used to contain the planchet during the strike appears to be twelve-sized (the planchet was too small to fill the collar completely). A perplexing error that has undoubtedly not occurred very many times.
