A Belgium Congo bond for 100 Francs. Has "Annule" cancelled cuts through the seal and signature, as well as cross stamping across the bond annulling it. The bond appears to be a remainder, as it has not been filled out. In Choice Very Fine condition, with folds and edge tattering from with a poor cut or where a portion of the bond was torn off.
