Cuba Banco Nacional de Cuba 5 Pesos ND (1905) Pick 67 PMG Choice Uncirculated 64. Interestingly, the National Bank of Cuba was a private bank, despite its governmental name. Apparently, there was not proper authorization for this 1905 series, and this type was withdrawn as it was being issued! Only a scant few examples are known to exist, which were thankfully saved from the withdrawal process. Uncirculated paper and deep colors are seen on this banknote, which is now 115 years old. Worthy of serious consideration, only a few are known to exist. Rare Cuba notes are not traded regularly, which limits and funnels the supply to only a few outlets.
