India Reserve Bank, Persian Gulf Issue 5 Rupees ND (1959-70) Pick R2 Jhunjhunwalla-Razack 6.12.2.1 PMG Superb Gem Unc 67 EPQ. Incredible, superior technical features glisten on both sides of this rare 5 Rupees. The first prefix is seen, accompanied by perfect paper, even margins, and bold inking. Customary staple holes at issue are mentioned for accuracy. At the time of cataloging, no finer graded example exists in the PMG Population Report. The design elements are identical to that of regular Reserve Bank of India issues, but the color schemes were changed and the prefix begins with "Z".
