Lebanon Banque de Syrie et du Grand-Liban 5 Livres 1939 Pick 13A PMG Very Fine 30. Unusually decent colors and paper are seen on this scarce overprinted type. Interestingly, this note is exactly like Pick 13, with just a "LIBAN 1939" stamped at front. Nevertheless, no finer graded example has been sold. At the time of cataloging, only two examples grade finer in the PMG Population Report, of only five notes submitted.
