Martinique Caisse Centrale de la France d'Outre-Mer 5000 Francs ND (1960) Pick 36s Specimen PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ. Tropical motifs adorn both sides of this high denomination rarity. Incredible technical features add to the the visual appeal. Black overprints and a perforated cancellation is seen, although they do little to diminish the overall eye appeal.
