Charles VI gold Ecu d'Or a la couronne ND (1380-1422) MS62 NGC, Tournai mint (6-pointed star in center of cross-fleury), Fr-291, Dup-369. 3.93gm. +KAROLVS: DЄI: GRACIA: FRANCORVM: RЄX, crowned royal shield / +XPC★ VIИCIT★ XPC★ RЄGИAT★ XPC★ IИPЄRAT, cross fleury with 6-pointed star in center of rhomboidal lozenge, inward-facing lis in angles; all within quadrilobe with crowns in spandrels. 4th emission (from 29 July 1394). An overall quite pleasing example, with a bold strike and flashy golden luster.
