James II Crown 1687 UNC Details (Reverse Cleaned) NGC, KM463, S-3407, ESC-743. TERTIO edge. A classic crown type in upper tiers of preservation owing to its short-lived, two-year production, with most examples coming down to the present day heavily circulated or otherwise impaired. Though noted as cleaned on the reverse, this appears to be exceedingly light, hardly muting the luster, while fully Mint State features are easily visible throughout.
