USA Administration Peso 1905-S AU58 PCGS, San Francisco mint, KM168, Allen-16.06a. Straight serif on 1 variety. An apparently much scarcer variety of the type-date featuring a straight serif "1" in the first digit of the date. Practically Mint State, with only hairline marks and a very faint scratch extending downward from the "N" in the denomination, noted for accuracy. This variety proves both difficult and highly popular when located in finer states of preservation, and this offering way well soar past our auction estimate.
