Leopold II silver Proof Restrike 2 Francs 1887 PR65 NGC, Bogaert-1246B1. Reeded edge. Flemish legends. Only the second example of this very rare "Prince Charles" restrike we've been able to locate coming to auction in the last decade and a half, and apparently the sole representative at NGC. While the mintage is unknown, the collector estimates that there are between 5 and 25 pieces struck of this issue. Sold with Administration des Monnaies envelope.
