George I (1714-1727), Two-Guineas, 1726, laureate head right, rev. crowned shields cruciform, emblem-adorned sceptres in angles, edge obliquely milled, 16.77g, 5h (Spink 3627; MCE 244; Schneider II, 543; Murdoch II, 8; Waterbird 18; Stratos 161), a hint of reddish tone overlying lustrous surfaces, a really pleasing good very fine, in NGC 'Sweetnam' holder, graded AU58 (Cert. #5878635-012).
