Obv: Head of young Heracles r. in lion skin headdress, with features of Mithradates VI. Rx: ??S???OS ???????POY Zeus enthroned l., holding eagle on extended r. hand and scepter in l., ?? in inner l. field, O?H in exergue. The transformation of the Heracles obverse type into a cryptic portrait of Mithradates VI dates this issue to the time of the Mithradatic Wars.
