His radiate bust left, wearing aegis, holding spear, viewed from behind; VIRTVS PROBI AVG / Sol standing facing, head left, extending arm and holding globe; CONSERVAT AVG around, TXXT in exergue. RIC V.2 351. Near Extremely Fine; crisply struck; attractive brown patina with traces of silvering. Scarce bust type, with intricate well-struck aegis.
