SCOTLAND. James I. 1406-1437. AR Groat (25mm, 2.09 g, 6h). First fleur-de-lis issue. Edinburgh mint. Crowned facing bust; scepter to left, lis and I flanking; all within tressure of arches with lis at cusps / Long cross pattée; three pellets and lis in alternating angles. SCBC 5195. Toned, double struck, some porosity and scratches. Fine.
