IMP / DIVI F, back to back head of Agrippa left, wearing laurel wreath and rostral crown, and head of Augustus right, wearing oak wreath / COL-NEM, crocodile standing right on two fronds, chained to palm tree with short spikey leaves; wreath with long ties above.
