ANTONINVS AVG-PIVS P P TR P XII, laureate head of Antoninus Pius right / TEMPORVM FELICITAS, two crossed cornucopias surmounted by child busts of T. Aelius Antoninus and T. Aurelius Antoninus, grape bunch on each horn, two grain ears hanging from rim on each side of both horns; COS IIII below. RIC III 857.

The two children on the reverse are likely the twins of Marcus Aurelius and Faustina Junior in AD 149. They were the first male heirs born in the Antonine dynasty, but neither lived past infancy.
