AΥ KAI ΠO Λ ΓAΛΛIHNOC Radiate, helmeted, draped and cuirassed bust of Gallienus to left, holding spear and shield decorated with emperor on horseback to left, spearing fallen enemy. Rev. AΦPOΔЄICI/[ЄΩN] Gallienus, radiate and in military attire, standing front, head to left, holding globe in his right hand and scepter in his left; behind, Nike standing front, head to left, crowning the emperor with a wreath in her right hand and holding palm frond in her left. MacDonald 229 (O262/R549). Extremely rare. Spots of corrosion, otherwise, very fine.
