KINGS OF MACEDON. Philip III Arrhidaios, 323-317 BC. Drachm (Silver, 17 mm, 4.20 g, 12 h), uncertain mint in western Asia Minor. Head of Herakles to right, wearing lion skin headdress. Rev. ΦΙΛΙΠΠΟY Zeus seated left on low throne, holding long scepter in his left hand and eagle standing right with closed wings in his right; to left, Macedonian star; below throne, ΦI. Price P113. A few faint scratches, otherwise, good very fine.
