Straits Settlements 14.10.1919 P-8b PMG Choice Very Fine 35 EPQ 10 Cents

While not a particularly rare note in VF, the fact that this one is totally original and was awarded the "Exceptional Paper Quality" designation by PMG makes it much more special than ordinary VF's. Most of these have been pressed, come with foxing or other problems, so finding an original one is surprisingly difficult.
