SWEDEN. Nobel Nominating Committee for Medicine Silver Medal, 1963. Royal Swedish (Eskilstuna) Mint. PCGS SPECIMEN-58 Gold Shield.
Ehrensvard-22. By E. Lindberg. Obverse: Bust of Nobel left; Reverse: INVENTAS VITAM IUVAT EXCOLUISSE PER ARTES (and they who bettered life on earth by their newly found mastery), basin and serpent-entwined staff of Aeculapius; wreath behind. Despite being lightly handled, this still features an alluring, gunmetal gray tone and only scattered marks.

He delivered the presentation speech for the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1978, and was a member of the board of the Nobel Foundation from 1977-1988, passing away in 1998.

Ex: Estate of Lars Ernster.
