PTOLEMAIC KINGS OF EGYPT. Ptolemy XII Neos Dionysos (Auletes), restored, 55-51 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 25 mm, 13.31 g, 12 h), Alexandria, year KH = 28 = 54/53. Diademed head of Ptolemy I to right, wearing aegis. Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΠΤΟΛΕΜΑΙΟΥ Eagle standing left on thunderbolt; in field to left, LKH above crown of Isis; in field to right, ΠA under palm branch. SNG Copenhagen 395. Svoronos 1837. Toned and centered with a nice portrait. Light porosity, otherwise, very fine.
