Very good. Angot des Rotours (1739–1821) was an economist and a deputy of the Comité des Monnoies, who served as the Premier commis des monnoies. In this lengthy essay, he examines Léon Basterreche's 1800 Essai sur les monnoies and Antoine Mongez's 1795 Considérations générales sur les monnoies. A very scarce work on the coinage, published in the transition between the Revolutionary and Napoleonic eras.
