GERMANY, Erfurt (Erzbistum). Heinrich I von Harburg. 1142-1153. AR Brakteate (39mm, 0.92 g). Half-length bust of St. Martin, holding crozier and cross-tipped scepter, atop arched city wall with two towers; below, smaller tower, small star, and half-length bust of Heinrich right, head facing, hands raised in supplication / Incuse of obverse. Kestner 2119-2123. Old cabinet toning. Good VF. An impressive large-size bracteate.
